Alabama Legal Solutions was created to fill a gap in the process serving industry in Alabama. There were both large "big box" companies and small "mom and pop" companies, but not many (if any) medium sized companies that covered the entire state with actual in house process servers, most companies claim to cover statewide or nationwide but in reality just farm out their work to random contractors who may or may not have experience and training and usually aren't being paid very well.

Our goal at Alabama Legal Solutions is to create a comprehensive, statewide solution for service of process. By hiring our own in house servers, we can ensure they are properly trained, and pay them well over the industry standard to ensure that they can get the job done, and have the skills and motivation to get it done right. We also have access to a nationwide list of experienced process servers that we can utilize in case there is a serve in an area that we don't have an in house process server in yet.

Prior to becoming a process server, I worked as a Firefighter/AEMT and also spent a brief time working for Alabama Bail Enforcement and Investigations, during my time at ABEI I became highly skilled in skip tracing, using investigative techniques and utilizing open source intelligence to track people down. I discovered many different techniques to find people and was able to close out several hard cases, including locating a subject that had been on the run for multiple years from several law enforcement agencies.
